What Domorof is — and isn't

Domorof is a directory. Hosts list their places; guests find them; the stay itself — the agreement, the payment, the keys — happens directly between host and guest. Domorof is not a party to any booking, is not a travel or booking agent, and never handles money. When you book a stay you found here, your agreement is with the host, on the host's terms (including their rental agreement, cancellation terms, and any deposit).

We surface, we never certify

We show what hosts tell us and what verified activity on the site records (reviews from completed stays, published badge criteria). We do not inspect properties, verify licenses, or certify anyone. Hosts are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings — including local short-term-rental rules, licenses, taxes, and safety. Guests are responsible for their own diligence before booking, as with any direct arrangement.

Your account

Be 18 or older, use your real identity, and keep your sign-in to yourself. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Host content

You own what you post. By listing on Domorof you give us permission to display and distribute your listing content — on the site, to search engines, and to AI assistants — because being found is the point of a directory. Don't post content that is false, infringing, or that isn't yours to share. Street addresses stay private per our privacy policy.

Reviews

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. Reviews tied to completed, mutually-confirmed stays carry more weight, and our recognition badges follow published thresholds. Buying, trading, or manufacturing reviews — or retaliating against honest ones — gets content removed and accounts closed.

Acceptable use

No scraping or bulk-harvesting the directory, no contact-harvesting, no interfering with the service, no fraud, and no using Domorof for anything unlawful. (AI assistants and crawlers are welcome through the front door — see our robots.txt and llms.txt — the same honesty rules apply.)

Records and analytics are informational only

Receipts, ledgers, market statistics, and every analytics panel on Domorof are informational tools. They are not tax, legal, financial, or investment advice. Talk to a professional for that.

The service itself

Domorof is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't warrant uninterrupted service or error-free content, and features may change. To the fullest extent Florida law allows, Heronward LLC is not liable for disputes between hosts and guests or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the directory; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service (currently zero).

Ending things

You can stop using Domorof and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with append-only records retained where the other party legitimately needs them.
